SMS Consent Policy

Codesulting LLC operates SaaS platforms that send transactional SMS notifications to customers of our platform clients. This page documents our SMS consent practices, message types, and your rights as a subscriber.

What Messages We Send

We send transactional SMS notifications only. These include:

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.

How We Obtain Consent

We collect SMS consent through the following methods:

1. Online Opt-In Form

Customers subscribe at www.codesulting.com/sms-opt-in.html by entering their first name, last name, and mobile phone number, then actively checking a consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-checked — customers must explicitly opt in.

The consent disclosure on the form reads:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Codesulting LLC including order confirmations, invoice notifications, shipping updates, and pickup reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help."

2. Written Consent (In-Person)

Customers may provide written consent during account setup with a platform client. The consent form includes the same disclosure language as the online form.

3. Verbal Consent

Customers may provide verbal consent over the phone. The representative reads the disclosure language and records the date, time, and customer confirmation.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Most customers receive 1-5 messages per order. We never send more than necessary for transactional updates.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Codesulting does not charge for SMS messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent data are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
